One of my favorite psychologists said,“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” I believe in your potential for growth and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support you along the way!

Who I work with -
My clients are often seeking personal growth, strengthened relationships, improved confidence, and increased mental calmness. I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, adverse childhood experiences, grief/loss, and other emotional struggles.

My therapeutic specialities include -
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
Applied Positive Psychology
Humanistic-Existential Therapy
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

What to expect -
During the therapy process, I provide a compassionate and safe environment for you to express yourself without judgement. We work together to explore how life experiences have affected your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Every human being is unique, meaning that every therapeutic relationship is different and special in its own way. I continuously adapt my therapeutic interventions to meet your personal needs.

Through deep emotional exploration and application of evidenced-based treatment, I will help you heal psychological wounds, gain resilience, and attain the fulfilling life that you deserve.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
