Hi, I’m Corinne founder of Flourish Psychotherapy.

If you're moving through anxiety, overwhelm, grief, or major life transitions, you deserve support that helps you find clarity and steadiness. I provide a warm, evidence-based therapy approach, where you can feel truly understood.

With additional teaching experience in the Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania, you'll benefit from a strengths-based perspective that focuses on what's already working in your life while addressing the challenges you're facing.

Why I started Flourish.

I created this practice because so many people feel pressure to appear “fine” while internally struggling.

You deserve a space where you can exhale, talk openly, and feel supported without having to hold everything together. My role is to walk with you through the hard parts, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me feels collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. I help you understand what’s getting in the way, process deep emotions, learn new skills, and build a life that feels aligned with your values.

Clients often come to me when they’re:

You don’t need to have everything “figured out” to start therapy. You just need a place that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free.
