I integrate multiple evidence-based modalities to create a personalized treatment plan for each client:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) helps you develop present-moment awareness and reduce anxiety through mindfulness practices and meditation techniques.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) addresses negative thought patterns and behaviors, providing practical tools to manage depression, anxiety, and stress.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) explores different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand and heal internal conflicts.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on psychological flexibility, helping you accept difficult emotions while committing to value-based actions.

  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy examines how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence current relationships and behaviors.

  • Positive Psychotherapy builds on your existing strengths and resources to enhance well-being and life satisfaction.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-affirming, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all clients.
