In-Person Psychotherapy

Center City, Philadelphia

There's something powerful about sharing the same space.

While both in-person and online therapy work well, meeting face-to-face offers something unique—the experience of being fully present with another person in a space designed just for healing.

Why in-person?

No screens, no wifi issues, no home distractions. Just you, me, and dedicated time for your growth.

In-person sessions allow for a different kind of presence. I notice your body language, the shifts that happen when something lands. You get the full experience of being seen without digital interference.

Having a physical place to go also creates separation from daily life. It signals that this time is different, just for you.
