My Clinical Specialties
Anxiety can be exhausting. The constant worry, the panic attacks that come out of nowhere, the mental loops that keep you up at night. If you're dealing with social anxiety, OCD, or a pervasive sense of dread, I can help. We'll use approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to figure out what's fueling your anxiety and build real skills to handle it differently. The goal isn't to eliminate anxious thoughts (that's not really possible), but to change your relationship with them so they're not running the show.
Grief isn't something you "get through" on a timeline. It's messy and nonlinear. I work with people grieving all kinds of losses (not just death, but relationship endings, health changes, identity shifts, all the losses that don't get acknowledged). I won't try to fix your grief or rush you toward acceptance. Instead, we'll figure out how to carry what you've lost while still being able to engage with life. Both things can be true at once.
The world wasn't built for neurodivergent brains, and that can be really frustrating. I work with ADHD and autistic adults who are tired of trying to fit into systems that weren't designed for them. Whether you're dealing with executive functioning challenges, burnout, masking, sensory overload, or the accumulated shame of being told you're not trying hard enough, I can help. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, which means I'm not trying to “fix” or change you. We'll figure out what actually works for your brain and help you build a life that respects your needs and honors your strengths.
Relationships are hard, and sometimes the patterns that show up feel impossible to break. Whether you're struggling with communication, repeating the same conflicts, dealing with codependency, navigating a breakup, or just feeling disconnected from the people you care about, therapy can help. We'll look at what's actually happening beneath the surface (attachment patterns, unspoken needs, old wounds that keep showing up) and figure out how to do things differently. I work with individuals on their relationship patterns, not couples therapy. The goal is to help you show up more authentically and build connections that actually feel good.
Depression can make everything feel heavy and pointless. Getting out of bed is hard. Enjoying things you used to love feels impossible. You might feel numb, exhausted, hopeless, or just going through the motions. I work with adults dealing with depression, whether it's situational, chronic, or tied to life transitions and loss. Using approaches like CBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness, we'll work on both the practical stuff (building routines, challenging thought patterns, increasing activities that matter) and the deeper work of understanding what's driving your depression. You don't have to white-knuckle your way through this alone.
Your 20s and 30s can feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out, but most people are just trying to keep their heads above water. I work with young adults navigating quarter-life crisis, identity questions, relationship patterns, career uncertainty, or just feeling stuck and not sure why. We'll work on practical skills for managing stress and overwhelm, but also dig into the deeper questions about who you want to be and what kind of life you're actually trying to build. Not what you think you're supposed to want. What you actually want.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
